I can recall ever since my early teens having an interest in natural health. Having suffered numerous allergic reactions to everyday run-of-the-mill medications my motto became "better to prevent than cure", and so began my interest in natural health and aromatherapy.

My focus on natural products returned in my 20s as I began the journey to motherhood and suffered the loss of 5 babies before successfully having my 2 "miracle babies". Desperate for answers and to minimize my exposure to harmful chemicals, my household was slowly transformed where ever possible.

​

After an emotional marriage break-up, my health declined again and I was eventually diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2014. Not responding well to medications I once again turned to natural options and found significant hope and success in managing my symptoms, so much so that I began my Naturopathic Studies.

​

I have been studying natural health for several years now and am fully certified in the Zyto Evox and Zyto Balance Biofeedback systems, Massage, Aroma Touch Massage, and I am continuing my studies to become a Certified Aromatherapist. 

​

Now at 48 I have a 2 year old baby, experienced my best pregnancy ever, and am enjoying the experience more than I ever could have imagined, thanks to better health practices. I am continuing to work and support my clients by appointment only, so please feel assured I will be available for you.

I am passionate to support clients in their journey to better health, well-being, and happiness. My natural strengths and experiences coupled with the tools I have gained give me a unique ability to support and coach my clients to see real improvements in their own lives.
